Mickey Mouse Pumpkin Cookies

After Christmas last year, I went to my local Walgreens Drug Store and saw a Micky Mouse Snowman cutter. It was a cute unique cutter so I grabbed it! I saw it the other day and asked myself what is better than a Mickey Mouse Snowman? A Mickey Mouse Pumpkin!

This cookie is so simple that  you can make it with the kiddos. If you outline the sections, the kids can flood them. They could even make a candy face.

Supplies:
Orange 15 Second Icing
Brown 15 Second Icing
Green Thick Icing

First, outline the sections of the pumpkins. I made all of these different because I wanted to show you there is several ways you can make Micky. I personally like the middle one the best but, make it however you want.

Then with the orange icing, flood every other section and let them dry for about 20 minutes.

Next, flood next sections and let them dry for 20 minutes. Just be sure not to flood 2 sections that touch each other or you will loose the look of the pumpkin shape.

Once Mickey is flooded, let it dry for several hours before you add the stem and leaf.

Add a brown stem and a green leaf and let dry overnight.

If you are in a hurry or if you think the stem makes the pumpkin look like Minnie instead of Mickey, you can skip that part. If you don’t have a Mickey Mouse Snowman Cutter, you can make one with a snowman cutter and a mini pumpkin cutter. Hope you and the kids have fun in the kitchen baking up some Halloween Goodies!
