Strawberry-Cheesecake-Bites Dipped in Chocolate by The Bearfoot BakerI wanted to take more pictures but, when everyone found out I was making strawberry cheesecake bites, they came running.  It only took a few minutes for them to disappear. I guess I will have to be happy with the photos I took before they vanished.

This little guys are so popular that I have had guest  eat them before I served dinner. Once they realize that strawberry cheesecake bites are in the refrigerator, the game is over. I want to start serving them as appetizers in hopes my dessert will last until dinner is over.

I am excited and waiting patiently for our fresh fruit season to begin. I know you can get it in the grocery store all year long but, it is so much better when it is in season. I am working on a few more fruity things so maybe that will tide me over until I see the “OPEN” sign at the fruit stand.
