Simple Turkey Brownies
Have you see the new Pillsbury Funfetti Frosting? There are four new colors that are already mixed for us and each one has sprinkles. When I saw them, all I could think about was making simple turkey brownies. I can’t believe how easy and fast it was.
The best part is, you can make a family of turkeys and they can stand on a platter for a cute presentation on your dessert table.
Supplies for Simple Turkey Brownies:
Pillsbury Funfetti Frosting
Pillsbury Chocolate Frosting
Yellow Candy Beads
Black Candy Beads
4″ Flower Cookie Cutter
Brownies (I used a box mix)
Piping Bags or Zip Lock Bags
Piping Tips sizes #10-#12 and a #21 Star tip for the turkey body
The new colors make everything easy.
Begin by baking the brownies. To make things easier, bake them on a piece of parchment paper so when it is time to remove from the pan they will come out very easy.
Cut out the shapes with a flower cookie cutter. You are going to need a large one for this job. I used this 4 inch cutter from Karen’s Cookies. Don’t worry if you need to use a corner or cut along the edge of the brownies. The one’s I cut in half were used to make the turkey babies. To make an adult , I cut them a little larger than half like the one in the bottom center.
Fill your piping bags fitted with tips #10 or #12 with the colorful Funfetti brownies while you wait for the brownies to cool.
Then, pipe the colors on each petal of the flowers. Mix up the colors and sprinkle the tips with the Funfetti sprinkles.
Pipe the turkey on the feathers with the chocolate icing using the #21 star tip. Pipe a circle for the head and a circle for the body filling in the body.
Add the candy beads for the nose and eyes.

So cute!
Please don’t judge but I’ve never made brownies in my life, not even from the box. I’ve eaten them chilled( from a friend), last time about 10-11 year ago. Is that crazy or what. We need to change that soon! I’m afraid I’d eat the whole tray.
So stinkin’ cute…I love these! A little something different from our usual sugar cookie!
I am dying…dying…DYING I tell you at how adorable these are!!! I love how colorful and fun they are!!! And since brownies are chocolate it is a total WIN!!!!

What a nice change of pace for this time of year to have pretty purple and pinks on turkey feathers. These brownies are really beautiful. The design is perfect. Pinning!
I like that, beautiful
These are so adorable, and a great activity to do with my 5 year old. I love the colors you chose – not typical fall colors, but so bright and happy. Great project!
