How to make Fun Fondant Spiders for Halloween

Do you know the definition of arachnophobia? Arachnophobia is an extreme or irrational fear of spiders. I am not a huge fan of spiders but thank goodness I am not arachnophobic because I see spiders here all the time. Some of them are big and some of them are small but they are all creepy! And you know something funny, they were all inspirations for these fondant spiders. How to make Fun Fondant Spiders for Halloween | The Bearfoot BakerI hope these are a little cuter than the real thing! Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, you can eat these instead of running from them. Sweet revenge!

Creepy aren’t they! How to make Fondant Spiders for Halloween | The Bearfoot BakerIf you want to know to make the cookies I can’t tell you because it is secret! Yeah right! Had you going for a minute didn’t I!

All you need to do is outline and flood some round cookies with yellow and orange icing and let them dry completely. Then you find a cute spider web stamp ( I got mine a local store but this is the stamp I have) and use some food gel color to stamp on the web. If you want to know how to stamp on a cookie, you can see how to do that here.
