How to Make Fun Yeti Cookies – The Cookie Network
How to Make Fun Yeti Cookies or Cute Sundae Cookies.
I don’t know about you, but I think yetis are fun little creatures. They’ve got blue feet, blue lips, and a big heart! This sundae cookie cutter is the perfect shape to make all kinds of fun cookies. Tracy at WhiskedAwayCutters made several different sizes so I can’t wait to see what you all make with them. I know you’re going to have some great ideas.
Supplies for the Yeti Cookies:
(may contain affiliate links)
Royal Icing Colors:
(Americolor Soft Paste Food Gel Colors)
White – thick royal icing
Blue- Electric Blue and Sky Blue 15-second royal icing
Black- 15-second royal icing
Small Heart Royal Icing Transfers – Make the hearts a few days ahead of time so they’ll be dry and the colors won’t bleed together. If you don’t have time to make them you can buy heart-shaped candy or just pipe a red heart on the yeti cookie after the white royal icing fur has dried. Just be careful because red and white icing doesn’t always play well together. That is a big reason I prefer royal icing transfers also know as royal icing decorations or candy.
Time to make some yeti cookies.
This is going to be different than things you’ve seen on The Bearfoot Baker. You’ll usually find pictures that will show you exactly how the cookies are made. Well, The Cookie Network is going to share videos that show you step by step how the cookies are made. There isn’t a fast-forward button so you’ll hear everything at normal speed.
You’ll hear me talking to you the entire time explaining what I’m doing. Who knows, you may even hear me talk about yeti armpit hair. Yep! I did. I talked about yeti armpit hair. What was I thinking?
So before you watch the video keep in mind that The Cookie Network is all about the videos and sharing where you can find the supplies. I’m going to work hard to make sure you have fun, cute and creative cookies to entertain your family, friends, and even customers. Hopefully, there won’t be any more talk of yeti armpits, but you never know. Stick around and we’ll see what we can chat about. 😉
