I had given up over 40 years ago making decorated cookies. I make many others such as rolled, drop and bar but was always frustrated with beautiful decorated sugar cookies such as those you make. I came across your site and the way I make cookies changed forever!  I bought a food scale and the mats. I weigh all my ingredients and follow your instructions regarding chilled dough and cookies.
