LOVE YOUR BLOG!! It's my go to for all things RI? I love that you're willing to share your talent and secrets!! Question for you about making cookies ahead: I'm making a set of Moana cookies for my friends little girl's 6th bday. I'm doing pretty simple flip flops, pineapples, grass skirts, then medium difficulty Puas, and a pretty complicated Moana face set that includes painting a characters face. 50 total. Takes a pretty long time obviously. Usually, I make my cookies one day, then ice the day before the event. But this time, I'd like to make the cookies several days ahead, then give myself a whole day to do the Moana face ones, and then another day to do the rest. Do you think the un-iced cookies would be ok in an airtight container or should I freeze them?? Basically they'd be baked Wednesday but not iced till Friday
