As always — another good tutorial. Love these. Love using a crusting buttercream on my cookies, too. Sanding sugar looks great on it, too. The buttercream I use is a combo of butter and shortening and I love that I can change of the icing with different emulsions as this seems to take the flavors better than RI.

I’ve used buttercream frosting on my cookies for years, passed down from my great-grandmother.. Easy to work with with and the the cookies taste “WONDERFUL”
