Lol. It was awesome. But I have a question. I am making a white/vanilla cake, so will this chocolate ganache go with that? I would prefer not to go harder route of white choc ganache as I work loads and time is prob. Very important cake for very important momma turning 89. So it has to be the best from me for her.
