OOH! I hadn’t thought about doing this with graham crackers! YUM! When my mother visits, she always brings MANY cookies- especially chocolate chip and peanut butter. I do this with about half of the cookies to try to ration them for the offspring. They love them!

I totally eat ice cream in the winter too 🙂 Hubby and I will go to a local ice cream shop and huddle in the heated car, enjoying our treats! What a fabulous treat idea, and low cal to boot!
