I love your egg cookies, Lisa. I’ve been wanting to make fried egg cake pops (without the stick) to go with my bacon cookies for awhile now but have been putting it off as I cannot get cake pops to turn out correctly. After reading every post you and Callie have done on cake pops, and realizing that I’ve been adding too much frosting, I have yet to try making them again….but now I don’t have to. I can make your cute egg COOKIES instead!!!! Why didn’t I ever think of this?!
