In reply to Claire. I had to edit the reply I gave you yesterday. I have the same problem with the amount of fondant so I am working on a solution to that. Also, the brand of 4mm beads has been different for me and I don't have any trouble with them bleeding. If you want to use the ones I use then click the link under the supply list. I have also used CK brand with no problems.

Lisa – you had the same issue as Claire re the eyes “bleeding” by a.m. or the fondant hardening?

The eyes could be added after the frosting has hardened but would involve (using a food tweezer) dipping them oh-so-carefully in a tiny bit of wet frosting and then adhering. Time consuming, but it’s an idea.

LOVE THESE……So cute, I know I asked this last year sometime but what pearl brand to you use, I made sunshine faces last year and the next morning the faces had been punched in the eyes!!! They bled. These look quick. I like fondant, but always have loads left over and goes hard after awhile, any suggestions to keep it soft longer please would be grateful. x:)x
