These cookies are just toooo adorable! I am involved in rescue in Canada and looking for cookie ideas as fundraisers for the rescue groups so that they can continue to finance the needs of rescued dogs. I think these cookies would be an amazing project. Thinking Gingerbread dough because it ‘ages’ well and doesn’t go stale … gingerbread seems to mellow and get better with time. What do you think? In reply to Mary Stuckey. I think the glaze icing might be the issue. I have only used glaze icing once or twice. You might want to as Pam from Cookie Crazie. She uses glaze and I am sure she will be able to help. ;)

Love your blog and I am learning so much from your posts. I tried the black pearls once for eyes but the black color bled into my glaze icing. Don’t know if you use a different pearl or if it was because I use glaze and you use royal icing. Thanks again for all your helpful and beautiful posts.
