Your pics are beautiful. A wonderful addition is to use chocolate covered Raisinets in place of plain raisins.

I LOVE oatmeal in just about anything, just not plain oatmeal. So I think this cookie would be the perfect breakfast for me!

In reply to Pamela Horn. It is seriously loaded with great recipes. I am not getting paid by King Arthur Flour either. It was an awesome present and I had to share it with everyone. I am glad you like it also. I can't wait for the next recipe:)
