What a lovely cake Lisa. From the time I was little, and our Sunday School teacher shared with us the story of rainbows, I have loved them.
I was also admiring your cake stand… very pretty. I’m also a big fan of “Fat Daddio” products. I use their cake pans as well as some of their cutters. I’ve never tried their cake turntable. For cutting I LOVE my Wilton’s cake leveler… so easy and adjustable.

I was coming to comment on your royal eyes and here you already have another project for us. You keep us on our toes! (And in our kitchen) So first, I love to make stuff out of royal icing, and now I’ll have to try the eyes. What adorable, fluffy cakes for St. Pat’s – they really are like the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!
