It's actually a pattern. You cover the template with wax paper, pipe the design, let it dry completely, remove it from the wax paper, and add it to a sugar cookie with wet royal icing.

They're called sugar cookie decorations or royal icing transfers. You can make them weeks ahead of time so they'll be ready when you make your cookies.

In reply to <a href="https://thebearfootbaker.com/scuba-shark-cookie-decorations/#comment-45849">Patty Ocampo</a>.

Hi Patty,

I get my cookie cutters online. If you look under the Supply List on my posts you can find the links to the cutters. I'm not sure who ships to Mexico but you could email them and ask.

Click the blue link under "Cutters" and you can find where I purchased them.

These Scuba Sharks are printable. You tape the pattern to something flat like a piece of foam board or the back of a baking sheet, cover it wax paper and tape it into place, then pipe the pattern with royal icing.

Let it dry completely and remove it from the wax paper. Later when you outline and flood a cookie, drop the scuba shark into the wet icing and let it dry. If you make them days or weeks ahead of time you can decorate your cookies really fast.

I hope I answered your question. Let me know if you have any more!

Bear hugs,
Lisa
