These look so cute!!! Now I’m craving bacon. And eggs. All we need is toast and we’ve got a great breakfast-y set of cookies 🙂

I have actually made French Toast & Bacon cupcakes! I cooked the bacon and crumbled it over the frosting and they turned out WAY better than what I thought they would, lol. Everyone thought I was crazy for making them but the fam was pleasantly surprised how good they were. I think I need to make them again soon!
