Hi Tania,
I can’t remember exactly where I found that cutter. I think it was in a Wilton set that I got at Joann’s Fabric. The Wilton set is available but that cutter has changed a little. I have added three links under the supply list where you can find on that is very close. Hope this helps! 🙂

Love an ice cream cone,no matter the weather. I live in Minnesota and it gets cold. Sometimes you just need ice cream.
