I am going to make springerle cookies for the first time. Did you make the chocolate butter springerele cookies yet? How did they turn out? The cookies – I have never even tasted one before – are they traditionally soft or crispy?

I took the springerle class at precookiecon and I learned so much it was wonderful. Tomorrow I was thinking about making chocolate butter springerle cookies! Love your bear!
