Do you like to make fun projects with the kids during the summer? One of my favorite things to make is a fun fruit pizza. I always think I have to have a plan on how to make them and how I want them to look. You don’t have to stress or worry when you make them. Watching the kid’s make them has taught me to pick the fruit, put it on the cookie, and eat it! You don’t have to place them on the cookie perfectly or make the colors match. You just need to remember it’s a cookie topped with wonderful fruit and it’s delicious!

To say I love cream cheese icing is an understatement! I would put it on everything if I could without gaining a million pounds, and there are several recipes you can use. I’m going to share the one my mom taught me when I was a little girl, because it’s the one her mom taught her when she was a little girl. I have no idea how long this recipe has been tickling our tummies, but I hope to teach my grandkids one day.
