Fun Fruit Pizza That Will Make Your Kids Happy
If you like fresh fruit in the summer you need to make these fruit pizza cookies! Your kids will love helping you make them!
Servings 35 -40 cookies
Ingredients
- 8 ounces of cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 1 ⁄2 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract I used clear vanilla extract but you can use whatever you prefer.
Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese and butter until well blended. Add the confectioners' sugar and mix until there are no lumps. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. Place it in the fridge while you cut the fruit. Once the fruit is cut, assemble the cookies. Place the cream cheese frosting on the cookies and add the fruit. Enjoy!
