Coconut Cake Recipe
This Simple Coconut Cake Recipe is made from a white cake mix and topped with Coconut Buttercream frosting and coconut chips.
- 1 box of white cake mix
- 3 egg whites
- 1 box of coconut cream instant pudding and pie filling
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cup of sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tsp coconut extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease cake pan.
Mix cake mix, coconut milk, oil, egg whites, cream of coconut pudding mix, vanilla and coconut extract and mix. Fold in the coconut flakes.
Bake at 350 degrees for according to the box mix directions.
