Lemon Cookie Recipe
These lemon cookies are soft and covered with a delicious lemon glaze. A simple recipe turned into a delicious lemon treat!
Ingredients
- Lemon Cookies:
- One box of lemon cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup of oil
- Lemon Glaze:
- 4 cups of confectioners' sugar
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1/3 cups of fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons of water
- zest from one lemon
Instructions
- For the cookies:
- Mix the lemon cake mix, eggs and oil. Shape into balls and bake at 350 degrees for 6-7 minutes.
- For the glaze:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour over cool cookies.
