Squeeze the lemons removing the seeds and set aside. Place water and 1 1/2 cups of sugar in a saucepan on medium heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Place blueberries, 1/4 cup of water and 3 TBLS of sugar in a saucepan on medium low heat and cook until the berries start to break down. Remove from heat. Let both of these mixtures cool to room temperature then add them to the fresh squeezed lemons. Fill the pitcher with ice and enjoy!
