Place popped popcorn in a large bowl and set it aside.
Place white chocolate chips, corn syrup and butter in a sauce pan and cook over medium heat until the mixture starts to bubble. Stir constantly.
Remove from heat and add a few marshmallows at a time and stir until all is melted. You may need to place the pot back on the stove if they don't melt easily.
Pour mixture over the popped popcorn and stir.
Add sprinkles and Jelly Beans and strir carefully.
You may want to sprinkle more on top of the popcorn candy once you place it into the individual containers.
