In reply to <a href="https://thebearfootbaker.com/how-to-distress-sugar-cookies/#comment-28054">sarah</a>.

Hi Sarah,

I have added the links in the post about the airbrush gun I use and the brown airbrush color. The airbrush gun can be purchased at Michael’s Craft store or you can buy one online. There are also a lot of different types of edible airbrush colors such as AmeriMist, Chef Alan Tetreault, and Kopykake has Kroma Kolors. There are many different ones on the market. The one used in this post is warm brown by AmeriMist.

If you click on the affiliate links under the supply list it will take you a page where you can purchase the products or just see what the products look like so you can find them locally.

Hope this helps,

is that a special airbrush gun? What is the "brown color" you put in? Is it a type of liquid frosting? Where can that be found? I'm sorry I'm asking a lot of questions but none of that was specified and it kind of seems like its the focal point of these cookies. thanks!

Hi Laurie,
For this project I used the 2 3/4″ star cookie cutter and the 2 1/2″ wave cutter. I think it would look great with any size cutter Whisked Away Cutters offers. Have fun making them! ;)
