Blueberry Cobbler Recipe
Fresh summer berries make best cobblers you'll ever eat. This blueberry cobbler recipe is simple and delicious. Add a dash of cinnamon and a little lemon juice to make this cobbler a family favorite.

Blueberries 6 cups of blueberries 2/3 cup of sugar 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg 1/4 cup of cornstarch Juice and zest from one lemon Batter 1 cup of self-rising flour 1 cup of sugar 1 stick 4 ounces of butter 1/2 cup of milk pinch of cinnamon
Blueberries
Pour washed blueberries into a pan and sprinkle with sugar, corn starch, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon zest.
Slice lemon in half and squeeze the juice on the berries and stir.
Gently stir the berries until the ingredients are mixed.
Batter
Place flour, sugar and cinnamon into a bowl and mix.
Add the melted butter and the milk.
Stir until combined and pour over the berries.
Bake at 350º for 40-50 minutes. Remove from the oven when the top is golden brown.
