This little mummy is so stinking cute! I know the title says he’s ‘spine-chilling’ but I don’t think that’s true. I think he’s cute and I’d love to have a stuffed mummy to hold during the Halloween season. I’m sure he’d keep me company and make me feel like I was his best friend in the world!

Sugar Cookie Recipe
Royal Icing Recipe

Cookie Cutter:
Halloween Mummy Cutter & Snowman with Scarf Cutter- I used the 3 1⁄2″ x 2 7⁄8″ cutter for these cookies

Royal Icing Colors:
(15-second Royal Icing in disposable decorating bags)
Super Black Americolor soft gel paste food color
White

Tools:
Turkey lacer
Paintbrush and black soft gel paste food color to paint the details on the face.
Paper and pencil to make the pattern.

Royal Icing Candy Eyes and Templates:
(Make the candy eyes a few days ahead of time so they’ll be dry and store them in an airtight container away from the sunlight. They’ll last a really long time.)
