Pineapple Mango Smoothie
I had planned on making some cute fall sugar cookies for you yesterday. I also had royal icing transfers that I wanted to share with you on Tuesday. As you notice, it didn’t happen. I was sick. To be more accurate, I had food poisoning after eating cheesecake from a local restaurant. It wasn’t the wonderful treat I wanted it to be, but I’m better now. Still a weak, but I need to build my strength and energy so I feel totally normal and not like a tired old zombie. A pineapple-mango smoothie might help me get back on track.
If you think this looks good, believe me, it tastes even better. Maybe it is because I love pineapples, mangos and honey. So I guess it would make sense for me to love a pineapple-mango smoothie. Maybe you should make one for yourself so you can be the judge.
I am working hard to get back on track and I have baked some cute fall cookies for you and I will try to give you more than one (or two) templates on Tuesday to get my fall baking and planning back on schedule. I’ll get back on schedule soon because I don’t like being behind.
Supplies for Pineapple Mango Smoothie:

- 1 cup of fresh mango
- 2 cups of pineapple
- 1 banana
- 4 tablespoons of cream of coconut
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- Ice (optional)
I have really enjoyed creating smoothie recipes for all of us this summer. I hope I will get inspired by more gorgeous fruit next year. Smoothies are great for helping us get or recommended daily servings of fruit. I love fruit and I am determined to get healthy and hey, if drinking a pineapple-mango smoothie once a week will help with that, then I am all for it.
Here are some other smoothie and fruity drink recipes I hope you enjoy:

Mangos and pineapples are some of my favorite fruits, and they really can transport me to a nice, warm, tropical place. I’ll pull this recipe out in the dead of winter using some frozen fruit! Hope you’ve gotten over the food poisoning, and I can’t wait to see your upcoming posts ( especially the RI transfers!).
