Charlie Brown Cookies

How to Make Charlie Brown Cookies with a How to Video | The Bearfoot Baker

I remember the days when tv’s didn’t come with a remote control. There wasn’t digital, HD or 4K. I take that back, my parents had a remote, me! They would make us get up, walk across the room, twist a big knob on the front of the set or we could twist the UHF knob on the bottom for a special channel. The worst part was cartoons were only played on Saturday morning. Like early Saturday morning before the westerns played for the rest of the day. That is why we enjoyed playing outside so much.

The one thing I remember are the commercials for specials. The specials would come on at night and we would gather around the tv and watch things like Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Frosty the Snowman or Charlie Brown. I loved Charlie Brown but never understood why Lucy would move the football every time Charlie Brown wanted to kick it.

In case you haven’t heard, a new Charlie Brown movie will be in theaters this Friday. I can’t wait to see it. Good clean fun about a boy I grew up with. To celebrate, I made some Charlie Brown cookies. Charlie Brown Cookies - Cute Character Platter | The Bearfoot BakerThese cookies were inspired by The Kim Six Fix’s Charlie Brown and The Peanuts Cupcake Wrapper and Printables. As soon as I saw them I knew cookies would go well with her cupcake wrappers. Now we need to invite some friends over, go to the movie on Friday and come back here to eat Charlie Brown Cookies and Cupcakes. I like that plan!

Time to airbrush!

Airbrushed Charlie Brown Cookies | The Bearfoot BakerI made a video for you to watch for the airbrushing because it makes life easier when you can see things in action and you can see how to decorate the rest of the Peantus gang.

In the video you may have noticed that I didn’t include video of me airbrushing all of the cookies. All you need to do is airbrush the edges of Lucy, Sally and Schroeder. I have made a list of all of the colors for you.
