Simple Snowflake Cookies
I am not going to lie. I always have such big plans for Christmas and I run out of time every year! If you are like me and need some cute cookies but don’t have a lot of time, these colorful snowflake cookies are about as simple and fast as it can get.
It is nice to plan for my time shortage! These colorful snowflake cookies are my new favorite and I wanted to share them with you!
Supplies for Snowflake Cookies :
White 15 Second Icing
Cookie Dough
Snowflake cutter
AmeriColor Gel
There is no need for a long tutorial for these. All you have to do is pick your favorite colors of food gel and color your dough like I did here.
Cut some cute snowflake cookies and pipe on your simple design! That is all there is to it! This is also a great project for the kiddos to help with! You could add sprinkles or candy if you want to.
I made about 100 of these in no time at all! I still had time to wrap a few presents! These make great teacher gifts. Or you can make gifts for your postman, hairdresser, banker, local firemen or police men. They are cute simple and a great way to say I am thinking of you this holiday season.
Marry Christmas!
These are BEAUTIFUL and FUN! Love them!
Love the colors! And these are so simple yet stunning. Snowflakes get me every time. 🙂
I love your colorful snowflakes! So pretty and so simple! I know what you mean about running out of time. I think I just ran out…
Time-saving cookies around the holiday are just what the doctor ordered! Love these colorful and easy peasy treats!
I was looking for some really simple cookies to make with my mom, just for fun, and I decided to make these. They were perfect!! SO easy, but the effect is really beautiful. We had a blast 🙂 If I post pictures of the finished products on Facebook (they’re not exactly blog-worthy ;), I’ll tag you! Thanks for this awesome idea!
These are the cutest! I love them… and so I borrowed the idea for our own, except I don’t have any gels, so the batter stayed white. but we colored our icing with regular . Everyone loved them. My hubby and I plan to try something more elaborate next Christmas. 🙂 Here’s my post with the pics: http://j3jeannesjemsjewels.blogspot.com/2012/12/christmas-musings.html
