Merry Christmas! I hope you have “decked the halls”, “shopped until you dropped” and “jingled all the way” to wherever it is that you are going because it is time to bake Christmas cookies!
Remember yesterday when I showed you these Santa cookies? Remember when I told you that Santa cutter quickly became my favorite cutter? The truth is I bought the set because the reindeer cutter and not the Santa cutter. The reindeer made my heart skip a beat when I saw it. It is the most adorable reindeer cutter I’ve seen in a long timeand I knew the reindeer cookies would be adorable.
I think the shape of the reindeers head is what made my heart skip a beat. I knew adding a red Sixlet for the nose would push me into a cuteness overload.

Optional–Airbrush Gun with Warm Brown Americolor AmeriMist Color
Begin by outlining the head with the tan icing. For information on flooding and outlining cookies, click here.
Next, flood the body with the tan icing. While the icing is wet, add a 4mm bead for the eye and a black Sixlet for the nose. If you want to make a Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer Cookie, add a red Sixlet nose to one of the reindeer. Let them dry completely.
I like the airbrushed reindeer a little better but, you know me, I like airbrushed things. For more information on how to airbrush cookies, click here.
If you have got all your “halls decked”, and “shopped until you’ve dropped”, I hope you “jingle all the way home” and makes these cookies. If you don’t bake cookies let me encourage you to start making Christmas cookies. It is a tradition worth starting.
